Appetizing lunch recipe full of fat burning foods

When you want to lose some fat, you have to take every opportunity there is to burn some extra fat. This recipe will help you to do just that. It is loaded with fat burning foods (that speed up fat loss) and it is easy to make and very delicious. Here it is, I hope you enjoy it too.

Tuna chickpea salad

This is a protein packed lunch and the protein will help you to build lean muscle mass and in effect burn more fat. The orange pepper makes this lunch utterly delicious. Let me know what you think about this one - it's one of my favorite recipes.

Serves: 2 Number of fat burning foods: 3 (tuna, chickpeas and lettuce) Calories per serving:600 Fat per serving:8

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna in salt water 1 can chickpeas 1 orange pepper, diced 1 green pepper, diced 10 capers, diced 1 onion, diced 2 tablespoons of fat reduced mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice Lettuce

Instructions:

Drain the tuna and the chickpeas and rinse the chickpeas under cold water. Mix the first 8 ingredients and serve on a bed of lettuce.
