Sweet chili Salmon fillets with broccoli and rice
The sweet chili cottage cheese mixture turns ordinary salmon fillets into extra-ordinary. You can add any veggies you like, just prepare it the healthy way.

Ingredients:
2 smoked salmon fillets 1 tablespoon avo oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fish spice Broccoli, enough for 2 people Brown rice, enough for 2 people 3 table spoons fat free smooth cottage cheese 1 small chili, diced finely 2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce (or any other hot sauce)
Instructions:
Mix the cottage cheese with the chili and the sweet chili sauce and season with fish or other spice. Chill and put aside. Pour the avo oil and the lemon juice over the salmon fillets and smear it until the entire fish are covered. Season with the fish spice. Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Steam or boil the broccoli until done. Top each salmon fillet with the cottage cheese mix and serve with the broccoli and rice.
